unfortunately I've had to deal with this place more in the past year then I ever have in my life and I've had awful experiences. they barely answer the phone and are very rude when you try to interact with them. I don't think I've been greeted politely any time I've called or been in to pick up a package.

They don't even listen to what is going on. My change of address ( a simple thing ) is beyond messed up.

Old, outdated, archaic, no easy access, no handicap ramps, staff as friendly as a tree. Hillsdale needs a NEW post office is all I'm gonna say..
