I came in today to send a package by FedEx and have never done so before. There was a man and woman working and they had no knowledge of how I was to receive tracking confirmation only that they could give FedEx my phone number. So little training obviously for the people working there. I was concerned about the safety of my package which was expensive so I was reluctant to just walk away. I told them I would check to see if there was a message on my phone. I immediately got a message from FedEx saying my package had been received so I went back into the store to share this information with them so they could better serve people, the woman walked away from me while I was talking and the man acted like I was annoying him for taking up his time. I was just trying to show them that the information would come on the phone so that they could better help other customers in the future but neither of them were interested in serving their customers better in the future. I rarely leave bad reviews but this is completely unacceptable

Don't like that they don't actually automatically Refill your prescriptions.i thought this is exactly what that means.not get out and call the in because we don't remember it's automatic refill.

We go through the drive thru to pick up prescriptions. The lines move quickly. Employees are helpful and friendly. The store is bright and clean when you go inside.

Nothing but a complete headache every time I try to have a prescription sent there. I never get updates like I'm supposed to about when a prescription is ready. Nor have I been made aware if a prescription that's been called in is unavailable there. Nothing is ever simple here and they make it extremely clear they aren't willing to help in any way. Send your prescriptions somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

They get the job done... The people in the pharmacy are not very nice though. Unfortunately, I have to see them monthly and they don't seem happy ever. Called this time as I was out of town and did not need my meds right away. And I wanted them not to rush mine because I knew they would be busy. The person who answered said "it will be done in an hour anyways" and then hung up. As I said, no one knows how to be nice. I was trying to help them

Called had my prescription transfered ..was suppose to get 90 but they only did 30 then have to wait for another 30 minurefor them to put the 60 in the bottle..not worth it
