“We are in our 3rd year of living in our apartment. We haven’t had any big issues. The lease office and rest of the office staff and maintenance have been kind.
It’s a little pricey, however i believe in that you get what you pay for. We shopped around for awhile and for the price it was comparable with other apartments. My husband enjoys walking and meeting neighbors. They have all been very friendly. It’s quiet and friendly people.
the common area is wonderful. (Swimming (outdoor), Pool table; full kitchen (we like it when having a get together. There a workout gym with high end equipment. The mail delivery area is doing well with getting the packages organized.
Scott in maintenance has been wonderful, he was here right away to change a filter and a couple other small issues we had. None of the issues were emergencies, so i liked that.
we continue staying here because it is what we looked for and it is a nice place.
