“We purchased a used trailer, and were concerned about the bounce we were getting at certain speeds. We were trying to decide whether to keep this trailer or not...K&R said we could swing by anytime for a quick visual inspection and some advice. We brought the trailer to them late in the day, they had us pull it into the shop, and a handful of guys swarmed all over it. They raised the rear with a forklift so they could better assess the bearings, axles & wheel alignment/balancing. They definitely had some concerns, but since we came in just before closing, we did not have much time. They suggested we leave it with them and if they had some free time the next day they would look it over more closely. They did, and found some problems that were dealbreakers for us. The conclusion was that we did not buy the right type of trailer for our needs. I asked them what I owed for their time, and they said "nothing"...wow! I think they felt bad that we spent money on a trailer that just would not work for us. I'm not suggesting that they will do work for free, but I did get the impression that they were a good group of technicians with a management team that cares about their customers. I figure the least I could do was leave a positive review reflecting the generous help they provided to us. Thank you!!!”

The wash did an amazing job of removing all the dirt, grime, and bugs from my car, and the vacuums were some of the most powerful I've ever used. I was able to remove all the pet hair and crumbs from my car in no time.In addition to the great service, I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility.
