“My son was forced off the road to avoid a wreck less driver during a blizzard. The Jeep went down deep embankment and stuck in 3 to 4ft of snow with -31 windchill.LKM tried to get him out with a standard tow but it was too buried. Their heavy duty trucks were all busy getting larger trucks and semi's out of the ditches. I spoke with Dave who is the dispatcher and asked if he could get my son and take him to the tow company because thete was no one locally that could pick him up from the frigid cold.We live two states away and could not get there in time. Dave personally drove in that bad weather and got my son out of the car and drove my son to his college room location. We went far above & Beyond.When the large tow trucks were available Dave got the Jeep pulled and delivered it to the location that I requested. In actuality they are a 10 star company because they have a family oriented philosophy. People first over policy. Thankyou Dave and LKM team.”

“We purchased a used trailer, and were concerned about the bounce we were getting at certain speeds. We were trying to decide whether to keep this trailer or not...K&R said we could swing by anytime for a quick visual inspection and some advice.We brought the trailer to them late in the day, they had us pull it into the shop, and a handful of guys swarmed all over it. They raised the rear with a forklift so they could better assess the bearings, axles & wheel alignment/balancing. They definitely had some concerns, but since we came in just before closing, we did not have much time. They suggested we leave it with them and if they had some free time the next day they would look it over more closely. They did, and found some problems that were dealbreakers for us. The conclusion was that we did not buy the right type of trailer for our needs. I asked them what I owed for their time, and they said "nothing"...wow! I think they felt bad that we spent money on a trailer that just would not work for us. I'm not suggesting that they will do work for free, but I did get the impression that they were a good group of technicians with a management team that cares about their customers. I figure the least I could do was leave a positive review reflecting the generous help they provided to us. Thank you!!!”
