“I want to commend JJ auto body's for taking responsibility for anything that occurred to the car. Recently ran into a deer on the highway and brought my Challenger to them for repairs. Prices are the best in town and they do quick, efficient work. They were responsive throughout the entire process of fixing the car and took responsibility in fixing the smaller issues that occurred after the fix. They are an awesome business and would 100 percent recommend them to anyone that need any bodywork, paint correction etc. Again thank you so much Janet and Juan!”

“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE! I was recommended here by so many people and have heard so many great things and they weren’t wrong! I went in today during my lunch break because the underside/right side of my car was hanging off due to some roadwork I believe they forgot to put cones around. Ken was so kind and quick to take a look, he told his office staff to not even put it in the computer , they’ll take care of it right here and now, and 10 mins later it was done. Good as new at no cost. BEST STAFF EVER. Will definitely be back here!”

Stephanie checked me out quickly and very friendly. Washout finished by the time i got back to truck. In Tulip truck stop with plenty of parking. Will be back!!”
“I can not say enough good things about my experience with this shop. I had two accidents in quick succession so got to compare my experience with Gerber to my experience with a different auto shop. Out of professional courtesy I will leave the other shops name out of this review but to say the experiences were polar opposites would be an understatement. Gerber texted me updates on my vehicle every Tues and Thurs. the other shop never contacted me period. I was quoted 4 weeks for both vehicles. Gerber got me my car back a week earlier than quoted. The other shop will wind up taking 9 weeks to complete my vehicle. I had a flat tire as a consequence of the accident that happened while waiting to take my vehicle in to Gerber. They saved the cheap tire I had put on so I could turn it into a full sized spare, got me a full set of tires at a great price, and were able to bill one to my insurance. They arranged my rental car, made estimates quick and convenient, communicated well with my insurance and the insurance of the person that hit us. I don't usually think of a auto body shop as a bright spot in my life, but at a really rough time in my life, their professionalism, thoughtfulness and diligence truly made things better for me. I will only ever work with this shop again in the future.”
“I went to their Kalamazoo location to get a set if tires. They gave me a really great deal on name brand tires. Also they educated me a little on tires when I asked questions. “Mel at the front desk lady was so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She ordered the parts for my car and even helped me contact my insurance company, which made everything much easier. The team repaired my bumper and matched the paint color perfectly- you couldn't even tell it was damaged. They also clean my car inside and out and it looks spotless when I picked it up.
