This bank legit charges over drafts fees out of their a**. I had $10 planet fitness fee come out, charged me $35 for an overdraft fee then my bfs planet fitness came out (same day) and they charged another $35. I’m good. Closed my account

Im not here to be petty, so Im not going to say any names but I definitely want this to be out there.I needed a personal loan of around 4k to pay off my car to sell it back to the dealership. I had called a week prior and discussed loan stuff on the phone with someone with the initials CJ and he broke down everything for me yadda yadda. I didnt think anything if it and later called to set up an in person appointment at the local branch. My wife and I go in and do everything to get the gears moving. Before we leave our in person appointment with the lady she says "We're only going for the amount on your car correct?" referring to other things we mentioned but moved away from. My wife and I said "Correct" and we departed.A few days later the same lady called me and tells me that my loan for $10,000 was denied. I said "Why was it 10k and not the amount for my car?" Her answer was "Oh yeah, thats what I thought to but I guess not." WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?!?! YOU'RE THE ONE THAT SUBMITTED IT!!!I move past that and ask her to redo it all but for the proper amount and she did. (Mind you, never apologizing for making that egregious error)After a few days of not hearing anything I call and leave a voicemail. Several voicemails and phone tag later she calls me at work to tell me my loan for 4k was also denied and when I asked her why she told me there were to many credit pulls lately so the underwriter denied it.I said "Its been Consumers both times, CJ and then you when you messed up and asked for 10k for some reason." She said "Yeah the underwriter just denied it."I was so beside myself I literally hung up.I was denied a loan from Consumers, because Consumers pulled my credit...and one of those shouldnt have even happened so now Im stuck sinking in debt with this car because of their error and its just crazy to me that a veteran employee could make such a ridiculous error and then handle it in a way thats basically her shrugging her shoulders at me with a blank look on her face.Im copying this to a clipboard as well incase Googles algorithms take it down or they pay to have it removed.Watch yourselves everyone, or you might end up deeper in the same hole you came in to get help for.
