“My boyfriend got my birthday flowers from here and asked for no lilies due to me being allergic to the pollen they produce. They sold him a bouque full of lilies which he couldn't tell because they had not bloomed. Woke up the next day to big bloomed lilies and my face swollen an body covered in hives. I called owner and she was very apologetic and offered us a full refund and to let them know if my condition gets any worse. I really appreciate this because a lot of places don't take accountability and don't even apologize. An apology can really move mountains so thank you! ?”
