“Customer Care customer service for hard to find parts this is the place.Upon walking in I was immediately assisted. I thought to myself here we go, I'm wasting my time. I told the assistant what I needed.To my astonishment the gentleman showed me the 5/8-OD, -/- 3/8 OD, 90° compression shut off valve . Also it was a - quarter turn - , which I forgot about but the assistant did not. Then this gentleman walked me over to the cash register and asked if that would complete my order. Then he personally completed the transaction.In-N-Out less than 10 minutes. Try that in your big box store.I am a contractor, quality parts and doing things in a timely matter is a MUST, and you guys nailed it.”

“Customer service customer satisfaction quality parts...Let's just say I had an intricate 1930s plumbing problem that was solved by you guys within 10 minutes.My customer a 96 year old woman still living on her own, who went without water for 3 days and drank water from an unsanitary disgusting garden hose for another 3 days because of an incompetent plumber.Total time I spent on job site was 48 minutes. The cost "pay it forward".Try getting a 1930s plumbing problem figured out in ANY of the big box store's. “I ordered blinds online and thought they were a "standard " size. Box came with "custom cut" on the side and were the wrong color. Refund policy online said return to local store. At the Holland, MI store customer service desk, a sign was hanging stating no custom cut blinds could be return. Thanks to a manager ,Paula in blinds dept, they resolved my return issue and a whole lot more!!!”

“Had to replace plumbing in our kitchen..... we brought in the old pipe setup and the team member in that department was so helpful in locating all of the needed pieces. He even walked us through installation and mags she we had appropriate tools at home to cut the PVC to length. Though we had an idea of what we were doing, it was helpful to walk through with someone else to make sure we were on the right track. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he was a gentleman probably in his 60s with gray hair and longer grey beard....I believe he had glasses on, too. Thanks for giving us the confidence to tackle the job.”
