Tyler was so helpful on Sunday, he and another young man went above and beyond to help me with a painting project that had been frustrating me. They told me how to fix it and it worked! “I came to the store with my camper van and a need to strap down my 80 pound e-bike inside my van. All I knew was that I had OEM D-rings on the floor but no idea how to keep it from falling over while driving on the highway. After eight days of trying to do it myself, I asked for help at this Harbor Freight Daryl,, the store manager, came out to my van, looked at what I was trying to do told me exactly what to buy (cam tie downs), and showed me how to install them. I am so grateful for his help for a problem that I have been trying to solve with many systems that did not work. This kind of thing may be obvious to some people but I had no idea how to do it. Daryl went above and beyond to help me and did it in a way that was kind and informative. Great store!”

“I cannot thank the team at Taylor True Value Rental enough for helping save my son's high school graduation party.
I rented an ice cream cart and drove all the way from Muskegon to pick it up, only to realize that I had not measured carefully enough. The cart was much larger than I expected and wouldn't fit in my Kia Sorento, even after one of the employees tried removing it from the base. My heart sank because I didn't know how I was going to get it home in time for the party.
Before I could even start to panic, one of the employees came up with a solution. He offered a trailer for a very reasonable additional cost, and when I mentioned that I had a hitch but no ball, they had that covered too. The staff installed everything, secured the cart, connected the trailer, and even suggested taking photos so I would know exactly how to hook it all up when I returned it.
Within minutes, I was on my way home. Thanks to their quick thinking, kindness, and willingness to help, the ice cream cart was a huge hit at the party.
What could have been a stressful and disappointing situation turned into a wonderful experience. The employees went above and beyond, and their customer service was truly exceptional. I will absolutely return for future rentals and highly recommend Taylor True Value Rental to anyone. Thank you for turning my mistake into a success and helping make my son's graduation celebration so special.”
