Metro by T-Mobile has excellent and very professional customer service with friendly and awesome staff. The location is highly recommended, especially for travelers. Staff are patient, understanding, and efficient, solving issues very quickly. They are super friendly and make customers feel at home. Some confusion exists about whether the store is a T-Mobile location, as the sign says T-Mobile, but it is noted for being less busy than other locations in town.
