He also fixed my cracked phone screen while I was there. Amazing and fast service and a friendly guy. “Camping and my father lost his phone. We came here and Jose I believe his name was, was just amazing.He was patient with my dad while trying to figure out his login information to make sure his stuff transferred. It took a while but he was so patient and understanding. My dad was so stressed out and worried he would lose everything. Highly recommend this location especially if traveling in the area.”

“Giving a 5 star review for the help I got today from Brad!! Yesterday I went in and bought a laptop (definitely not top notch just needed it to do a few things) and the three people who helped me find it said nothing except for checking me out. The computer didn’t do anything, it was awful. Today I came in to return it and Brad was there to help. He let me know that every one of those laptops gets returned within 2 weeks for the same issues (not one person told me this yesterday) he helped me pick one out within my budget, was extremely knowledgeable and had GREAT customer service!! Thanks again, Brad you deserve a big raise!”

“People give them a bad rep because of their high prices and how they badger you once you don't pay. Come on people. You know their prices are high when you sign the paperwork. You know that if you don't pay they're coming for their stuff. The bad reviews don't make any sense. I've had to use these places several times. Don't get mad when they come for their stuff due to non payment. That's totally on you.”

“I am a senior and sometimes the computer is quite a challenge. On Dec 28th I was assisted by a wonderful staff member, Joni, who answered soo many questions and was very patient and capable as she demonstrated the steps I needed to take to deal with my current problem. She was reassuring and kindly waited for me to write everything down yet kept her eye on other customers as well. More businesses should add such a personal and efficient touch. It is a very welcome but pitifully lacking customer service today. Thank You Joni and Best Buy !!!”
