Yesterday I went in and bought a laptop (definitely not top notch just needed it to do a few things) and the three people who helped me find it said nothing except for checking me out. The computer didn’t do anything, it was awful. Today I came in to return it and Brad was there to help. He let me know that every one of those laptops gets returned within 2 weeks for the same issues (not one person told me this yesterday) he helped me pick one out within my budget, was extremely knowledgeable and had GREAT customer service!! Thanks again, Brad you deserve a big raise!”

On Dec 28th I was assisted by a wonderful staff member, Joni, who answered soo many questions and was very patient and capable as she demonstrated the steps I needed to take to deal with my current problem. She was reassuring and kindly waited for me to write everything down yet kept her eye on other customers as well. More businesses should add such a personal and efficient touch. It is a very welcome but pitifully lacking customer service today. Thank You Joni and Best Buy !!!”
