Few employees there, but they are helpful. Prices high for a retired senior citizen, but no other store I went to had what I needed (bells like people hang on doors at Christmas time).

I went to Michael’s on Sunday, March 10, to find a basket for my 3.5 year-old daughter. I found one basket that she really likes: it’s the flower fabric basket. When I was there, I saw quite a few of options.
If you’re looking for cute Easter baskets; they are on sale now. Looking for crafting ideas for Easter or just crafting in general? Michaels is having some Easter sales. If you’re not sure of the final price, there is a Price Check machine in the store. Also, you can check their website or download their app for a 20-40% off coupon.
I would recommend going to Michaels to get some crafts if you’re interested in doing some small crafting projects. Their location is off US 31 and/or of Riley St (next to Best Buy). It was a little busy when I was there in the afternoon. They were pretty well staffed and I didn’t have to wait long in line. The store was clean and organized. I would definitely go there again in the future!

I will still continue to shop here, however today when I went in the person that checked me out (Ren) was staring into their phone the entire time. When I walked up there I had to wait for them to get off their phone, and then I went to go hang up my basket and after my things were rung up they were staring into their phone. I asked if I was all set and they didn't even respond to me until they were done typing and then finished helping me with my transaction. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.

He was patient and helpful with editing photos for the photo tile promotion. Nice to get thorough service and not feel rushed.

My friend left her wallet in the store, one of the employees grabbed the wallet for us after we called and waited outside in the cold to give it back to us. 10/10 customer service ! Give this man a raise.

My mom, my two kids, and I were in mid December finishing up our Ugly Sweater preparations. With a 9 month old and a 4 year old, we were as hectic as you’d imagine! We were helped several times by a young woman, I didn’t catch her name, who was so knowledgeable about the layout of the store and made our experience quick and painless! Linda S, our cashier, was so patient with us as we tried to figure out our separate orders. It was a wonderful experience thanks to the kindness of their workers!
