“I've been here twice within the last week. Once to bathe my dog and purchase a few things, today to bring something back (purchased something incorrect on my end). Both days, the NICEST woman on earth assisted me. She was so friendly to everyone that came in and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. I hope this location realizes how amazing she is and is compensated appropriately and treated the same way she treats others. The next time I go in, I will get her name!”

“The staff were so helpful and friendly! They let me know I could earn bonus rewards with what I was buying BEFORE I made my purchase, and then offered to help me load the heavy tank I bought into my car. Super friendly the whole time, overall very pleasant experience. I overheard an employee talking to another customer about fish, and they seemed to genuinely care and like they WANTED to help. Some of the aisles were a little tight and maybe could've been a little cleaner, so It's maybe supposed to be a 4.5☆, but the employees were amazing.”

“Bob was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!! Even though they were short staffed and busy, he took his time helping us pick out the right fish and made the whole experience so much more fun for my kids while still educating us on fish care and never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience! We will definitely come back to Bob for all our fish needs! We tried a local pet shop (VIPets in Holland) first and after 30min and ZERO help, we left and decided to try Petco (in Holland) and I'm SO GLAD we did! Bob deserves a raise because I'm sure I'm not the first customer he's converted to a lifelong patron! Can't say enough good things about our experience there!”

“I took my dog Hunter there yesterday for his first grooming. He is an Irish Cream Golden Retriever, almost 1-1/2 years old. He needed a bath, nails trimmed, brushing, a few mats removed and hair cut out around the pads of his feet. Meagan did his grooming and she did a BEAUTIFUL job! She used whitening shampoo, so he looks white as snow (almost), the pads of his feet are free of hair (no more snow balls in the house & risk of frost bite for dear Hunter)! She also clipped his nails! GREAT JOB MEAGAN!!! Thank You”
