“The Holland, MI, Southside location on 16th street is q newer store. They are always clean, well stocked and organized with everything I'm shopping for under one roof. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely enjoy their job and being there. The produce and meats are always fresh and plentiful. Plus there is always plenty of parking to make your trip even more quick and efficient. I lived in a different state for 25 yrs, and have been more than happy returning to Meijer, for all my shopping needs, after having moved back to Michigan to live again. I am rarely let down when I go to Neijer, and especially the Holland, Michigan 49423 location.”

“Very dependable, as always, for stocking staple items at a great price.However, inventory problems do exist. Specifically, black totes with yellow lids: store inventory showed 20 (which was supported by the number of yellow lids on the shelf) but store staff could note locate the black totes. This is the kind of annoyance that occurs on a routine basis.”

“Did shopping on line and this is what I found when I got home. I live 30 miles from the Holland store. I email them and get a response saying “sorry, come to the store so we can fix this”. Wow. Their fault, I need the product this weekend, and they want me to waste my time and money to fix their mistake. How about a full refund on the product so I can buy a replacement locally at a different store? And I selected the wrong option, meant to say I don’t recommend them.”

“I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews. Especially for something as plain and simple as an out of town pharmacy visit. However, I am so grateful to the pharmacy staff who went above and beyond to help me when the Southwest Airlines had lost my luggage with my insulin and pump supplies for the treatment of my Type 1 Diabetes.Yes,I know, I should have carried all those supplies on with me but TSA has made it more difficult to carry on syringes and ice packs and SWA has always been a dependable airlines. Anyhow, I only had a few hours/units of insulin left in my insulin pump before I was going to run out of Insulin and since I just refilled my 3 month prescription prior to traveling from Los Angeles, my horrible insurance company was not making any accommodations to pick up 1 Emergency vial to get me thru my trip. Rather than have to pay the exorbitant price of over $350 for uninsured insulin, the staff jumped into action and was trying to locate discount codes, activate prior-authorizations to no avail. The young lady behind the counter who didn't know me and would never see me again treated me as if I were family and persistently exhausted all options. She dug deep and recalled some prior training and reached out directly to the pharmaceutical rep on my medicine who had previously trained her on how to handle someone with my specific issue of the airline losing the medicine needed so I didn't end up in the hospital or worse. By the time I walked out of the Holland CVS, I had all the necessary medication to last the entire business trip. I received a call the following day from my doctors office back home who notified me that he couldn't write me the necessary prior authorization needed to fulfill the emergency bottle needed because he just filled my 3 month prescription back in LA. I just laughed and told them "Thanks for Nothing". My friends at CVS already took care of me. I hope that someone from CVS corporate and the pharmacist from the CVS/Holland, MI read this because the young lady and young man that went out of their way to help me deserve to be commended. Grateful and AppreciativeThank You”
“I love visiting sams wherever I go. Easy parking lot ever. In and out was smooth getting gas was so easy snd there was plenty of parking. All on a Friday memorial weekend!! The store was well organized like all of them and it wasn't busy. They even had samples!! I love that each store carries different products. I left with several things that we didn't have in my home town. I was extremely pleased and happy with this visit just didn't disappoint.”

We were in town and CVS had sent me a $4 off coupon ($4 off $4+ purchase), but expiring the next day, when I was going on a work trip, so we stopped by here. Ended up purchasing some Reese's and Cadbury Easter eggs - I think it was basically buy 5, get 5 free, which was a good deal - and we also browsed the 50% off Valentine's Day section. The checkout lady was friendly, as well, and checking out was fast. They also have a bathroom at this location, FYI, which was good since I needed to use it.”

“This was your typical Meijer but was right across the street from our hotel, which was certainly convenient. We stopped by on Fri. night for some snacks - they had blackberries on sale for 99c a container - and we stopped by on Sat. night because my Fitbit battery died and I wanted a new one. They have batteries in the front of the store near checkout, but this was a specific type of battery (CR-2025) so it ended up being in the Electronics section, which is in the back right-hand side of the store. The only thing I'd change here is the self checkout area - it winds around twice, which I thought was odd, although on Sat. night the store was packed, so that could be why (more room for people to line up).”
“I was nearly 1 hour waiting to get my flu shot... staff were doing the best they could given they were obviously short handed... they were also taking care of prescription orders both inside and at the drivethru. There were several "now hiring" posters throughout the store as well as in the pharmacy... they were doing their best.”
