Just had the best experience with Brad. He eas supper helpful and supper fun to hang with for almost 2 hours of setting up lines and new phones and he hung in there with my crazy sister and I had some good laughs. We all let with a smile and a few happy customers!!! Great job and you made our day!!!!

They lie about internet speeds. They lie about price. Outages and random disconnects on a 300mg service for 85$? What a complete garbage service. Want to cancel ur service? Oh you only gotta wait on the phone for 30 minutes. No online ability to manage ur account unless it's to upgrade! No downgrades! (HOW CONVENIENT FOR YOU TO MAKE MORE MONEY SPECTRUM BUT KEEP US FROM CANCELING UR TRASH A $$ SERVICE) 2024 and you can't add a setting to DISCONNECT your internet? Gotta talk to some dumbos on the phone. I RECOMMEND ANY OTHER SERVICE OTHER THAN SPECTRUM!

Since January 2024, we've had to replace our router, had 6 service calls to our home, replaced 3 cable boxes, more service calls. Now the on demand does not work for certain channels, like Magnolia, and some shows on HGTV. 2 more service calls, and that issue is still not resolved. Calling customer service gives you a run around, they have no idea what's really going on in rural Michigan. They either can't or won't fix issues, and pass the buck.

Was acknowledged by employees when I walked in, stood in line for 35 minutes, was then told by a fellow customer that I need to sign in on a screen in the front that says “have a reservation? Sign in here”. I did not have a prior reservation and the staff neglected to have me sign in. And then proceeded to help customers who arrived 25 minutes after I did. Disappointed in this poor service and lack of custom care.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Have never left a negative review for any company in my entire life. First time. Avoid this company at all costs! If you have any alternative, go with them.

Waited for 45min got home with the new cable box and they gave us the wrong box, had to go all the way back it really sucked because I live in COOPERSVILLE and had to go to Holland used up alot of gas, not happy

We are new customers to spectrum. We have had several outages over the last few weeks. I contacted customer service, but they refuse to give credit for the service outages. There is no integrity with this company they charge even when outages are experienced and they expect you to contact them rather than automatically applying it.

Walk-ins had at least 30 minutes to wait. Appointments highly advised! The service was fine once you were served.

The worst service ever as a whole. I canceled in July and have been getting billed STILL ever since. They claim I havent been billed anything since 05/23, which is just dumb in itself if I didnt cancel since 07/23. Ive been battling with them for MONTHS now and everyone has a different answer. I didnt know I sold my soul and finances to this company. Ive had to dispute with my bank multiple times because of them. Never have I hated a service so much that i actually made a review about it.

Made an appointment to upgrade 3 phones. Worked with Ben. He was great. We walked in and walked out in less than an hour and everything transfered to our new phones. If you don't want to wait in line, make an appointment. I was 15 minutes early and they took me in and got stuff started right away.

I had been having trouble with my internet and the tech support sent me to this office. I was beyond frustrated and ready to cancel my service and switch to Verizon, but the representative Jon at the store was super helpful and explained what was going on. He gave me new hardware and made sure my old Wi-Fi name and password was the same. Set up was a breeze. He was the most helpful and customer service oriented person I have ever dealt with. So bravo to Jon you kept me spending $200 a month with spectrum. Seriously as a business owner I’d hire him in a heart beat!

Can't wait for Starlink to screw this company. Their customer service is a joke. Here's a tip, if you want to sell cell phones, open up a different location. Bring back a service counter.
