“I bought a washer from here and when I got it home, it wasn’t working properly. I called the next day. They responded quickly and I was able to get it fixed the following weekend. In the end, I think I knocked something loose when transporting. Everyone was nice and helpful.”

“Since they upgraded the store by moving areas around and staging home decor in a pleasing manner, the store looks completely different. Although this has long been one of my favorite thrift stores, it now resembles a more high-end vintage treasures store. If you haven't been to this store in over 6 months, I highly recommend you stop by. Due to a shortage of volunteers, be sure to check hours for days they are open.”

“Ditto Upscale Resale is one of my favorite places to thrift in West Michigan. The store is clean, well-organized, and feels more like shopping in a boutique than a typical resale shop.
They consistently have a great selection of quality clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories, with a mix of everyday brands and higher-end finds. The inventory changes often, so every visit feels like a treasure hunt, and I’ve found some amazing deals over the years.
The staff is friendly and the store is easy to browse, with everything neatly displayed and categorized. Whether you’re looking to refresh your wardrobe, find a designer bargain, or simply enjoy the thrill of the hunt, Ditto is absolutely worth a visit.
