VFW Post 2144 is a super cool place known for its cheapest drinks and great fun crowd, especially during Saturday comedy shows. It offers a very tasty fish fry and friendly staff. The venue is available for events like wedding receptions, where they are wonderful to work with. The workers are wonderful, though the hall can be freezing. The post is also recognized for its community service, providing hot breakfasts for volunteers. It is a great place to play and gather.
Super cool place with the cheapest drinks in America! Had super fun performing stand up comedy there to a great fun crowd! Definitely recommend seeing the comedy shows put on Saturdays or any day for that matter.

My wife and I went for the fish fry (walleye). Not disappointed, done just right, not greasy, and very tasty. Friendly staff. Definitely go back, might try the perch or blue gill next time.
