“Pleasantly surprised! New, clean and great location. Walk to breakfast, and shopping. Overflow parking to the parking garage is slightly challenging in a 2500HD but we managed. Overall we had a great stay!”

“Caught the tail end of the season. Having been head of housekeeping at a retreat center, clean rooms are a must. Our room was spotless!!!! Very well maintained.”

“Hosted our hockey team for a tournament weekend, beautiful hotel, large clean rooms, great game room and pool area and amazing helpful staff. Highly recommend Sharkees, best pizza and nachos I've had in a while! Staff was great with setting up our team pizza party and everything was fairly priced.”

“We just had a great stay at the Residence Inn. From the general manager who checked us in, to the rest of the front desk staff and Josie/Tyler who take care of breakfast, everyone was exceptionally nice! We were here for a soccer tournament and they accommodated our large group so well. Two bedroom suite is a must for families and was extremely comfortable with a good kitchen and great sized bathrooms. I would definitely come back to visit Holland and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel!”

“FABULOUS location! One block away from the Main Street. It was really easy to go grab some breakfast/takeout/shopping bags and bring it back to the room The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a little outdated. It was currently under renovation (signage said until November 2027) so hopefully that means they’re upgrading they’re rooms throughout the process. They were adding onto the hotel but we didn’t notice any noise during sleeping hours. Parking was a little dicey too, if you came back anytime in the evening. They had an event the last night we were there and that took up tons of parking spaces so we had to park In the electric car park only spot—told the front desk and they were okay with it They’re also dog friendly, which was awesome. We brought our 2 mini dauschunds and staff wooed over them ☺ We stayed in a king suite for the space and it was the perfect amount of space. Had a large mini fridge/freezer and microwave, which was awesome! The large tub in the main room seemed odd/dated to me Id absolutely stay here again though. Overall, good value for the location itself, friendly staff.”

“This hotel is clean, modern up-to-date, and the front desk staff was wonderful. I only gave four stars because for breakfast this morning I was on my way out and I wanted to grab some fruit. There was one banana in the bin that was almost near rotten The lady who was tending to the breakfast area was there so I asked her was there any other fruit, there was only one banana mind you and again it was near rotten. She looked me in my eyes and said, and I quote. “ It’s the only fruit for right now.” And I guess that meant you gonna get that rotten banana first before I put out fresh fruit. And I feel like that was Petty and not good customer service especially for a guest who you would like to return and to recommend others. Besides that I enjoyed the experience and I’d stay again but next time I’ll bring my own fruit though.”

“Woodspring suites is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, with amazing staff like Terry and Melinda, to help your stay feel more like home than a hotel. I'd recommend this place to anyone anytime, no matter how short or long your stay!”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean and large enough. Plenty of towels left in the room. It was a great location to stop for the night on our way to Chicago. Would stay here again.”

“Comfortable, clean, and while no fault of the hotel, just a heads up to sound-sensitive folks, if you’re on the road side of the hotel, you’ll get to hear all the machismos in this area with childishly loud engines idling at the light. Maybe you too are an insecure little small minded manchild who needs to compensate with *big loud noise* (insert Neanderthal grunts) and this is your wolf cry (lol). Either way, the hotel was affordable so you get what you pay for”

“Nicest staff ever! We had such a great time here. The price was very reasonable and for the price- you get first class service. The housekeepers (I believe Brenda and Christie) were sweet and kept our room clean. And Lynn at the front desk was doing everything for every guest to make sure they had a great experience. For a small hotel- they made us feel so welcomed. Thank you again for a great time! We would stay here again.”

“I read some of the bad reviews and decided to take a gamble on booking a room. Very clean. Good breakfast. Relatively quiet location. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel is like a private getaway with the spacious pool and comfortable bed. The cookies are delicious. And we always comeback because of the service.”
