“It is so refreshing to find a group of honest mechanics. These guys are the greatest. I came in there because my car door handle was not working. They were able to quickly take my door apart find the problem and fix it and not charge me an arm in a leg. I had taken it to auto lab a couple days because it was close. They absolutely did not take the time to diagnose it, but blithely recommended and said I needed a new door handle and wrote me a $550 estimate. Then I was so relieved to take it to Austin’s and find out that I just had a broken or loose cable. They fixed it for me pretty much on the spot. Thank You!”

The guy i spoke with was very straight and honest with me, found the exact cause and saw that my issue might be something covered under warranty for the shop that recently put on the new oil cooler housing because he was so honest and did not want to charge me for something that should be covered I instantly trusted him more than the place I was going previously. I had him quote me and do the work anyways because I was confident it would be done correctly. This was back in December and I havent had any problems with the repair.
