“since we did not get an email review request, I would like to submit one about David McDaniel in your service department. After a previous negative experience, our last service visit was great. Even though our car was in for 3 weeks, We knew exactly what was going on and were updated frequently. At the appropriate time, we received a loaner car, per our warranty. In addition to the warranty covered work, we also had scheduled maintenance work done. We knew in advance the approximate cost and had no surprises when we picked up the car. “Sight unseen, I purchased a new (to me) 2017 Suburban via Carvana, which has a 7-day no-hassle return policy. I couldn't rely solely on the CarFax so I had Chris look it over with an eye on why I should return it, not why I should keep it. While admittedly, he doesn't have XRay vision nor did he tear apart the engine or transmission, he gave it a thorough review (which was favorable) and charged me only $140. I feel much better keeping this vehicle. He did tell me it needed a front end alignment but to go elsewhere since that is not a service they provide. I will probably go to Discount Tire in Fenton, which is where I was strongly advised to go to Chris' Automotive in the first place. Since it is an older, used vehicle, I don't feel inclined to use the local Chevy dealership for service as I would with a brand new one. Rather, I will take my Suburban to Chris. I trust he'll charge me a fair price for his work. And, I trust that if he can't work on something with his normal level of expertise, he will refer me elsewhere. Give Chris a shot at your business. I believe you'll be pleased.”

“we get going there. Not any cheaper or more expensive than anywhere else. I am often disappointed when they find extra broken things than they expect however this is the nature of the beast. I feel like they should sometimes not recommend a part to be replaced until the part has completely failed. They have to make sure the cars are safe for people to drive and so I understand why they want to replace parts when they still somewwhat function. I hope this review helps the people, they cant let broken brake systems amd broken drive train systems go without at least quoting / informing. They always do exactly as I authorize. Most importantly Ivr never had a bad repair performed and even more importantly, the front end of the store is very professional, patient and and informative even when it's 120 degrees in their bay and out and the customers are trying to argue and cheat them. Thanks for being there for us when we need you.”

“Mary and Joe at the front desk are wonderful and Mike the mechanic is great too! They were very kind to me while I was stressed out about my car issues... They got me a quote to fix everything in probably 15 minutes or less after looking at the issues. The repairs ended up costing exactly what they quoted me, not a penny more. My car fell apart on Monday afternoon and by Tuesday evening they had it fixed and ready to go. They did not try to upsell me on anything or try to take advantage of me as someone who doesn't know much about cars. The whole team is amazing. They were very kind, honest, and super fast with the repairs. Could not recommend them enough! Thanks again Mike, Mary, Joe, and everyone there!”

“On the early morning hours of February 19, I needed a winch out at my house. My insurance company kept dropping the ball on getting a tow truck out there. Fenton towing said they were limited on people and they didn’t know when they would get there and it would be an extra fee because of their limited resources. So I called Woody’s towing. The driver was there within an hour. What a great guy. Very friendly and professional. It was just a great experience, so thank you”

“I made an online appt. For 10 AM, they took my car in right away after the write up. I told the service advisor I wanted the tires checked for leaks as I was selling the car the same day. Almost an hour later he told me of the repairs to the car that were needed and asked if I wanted to do them right away. I said no, can you fix the tire that is low? They did and I paid and went on my way.”
