“I’ve been a member with Genisys since I was a teenager (I’m almost 29 now). I’ve always been super happy to have them as my credit union. They really do care about helping you with your financial situation and hearing any concerns you may have. So far, I have not encountered a branch of theirs that I didn’t like. The White Lake branch in particular though really stands out to me because of rep Lauren LaBelle. She is super awesome; not only because she is enthusiastic and really cares about her job, but she’s also a very compassionate, caring and understanding person. I came to the branch earlier today and expressed to her how I was struggling heavily with some financial burdens that I had caused myself and she listened to me thoroughly, never judging me one time. She encouraged me to create a plan for myself, to remain strong and focused; even to find work that brings me real peace and happiness. She truly is a gem.
