“I never have a bad experience in the office. The whole staff treats your fur baby as the #1 patient!Dr. Joe takes his time explaining everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. You can tell that he cares deeply about each animal that comes in his care.I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!Put it this way, I made the mistake of signing up for a certain pet insurance through my job without checking who takes the insurance. Unfortunately, Briarwood was not on the list, but I refuse to take them anywhere else.They also get yoi in right away for any urgent matters. Dr. Joe give you his personal number for any questions or concerns you may have.10/10 recommend.”

“Huge upgrade from the vet we used to go to. That other place just pushed prescription dog food like their paycheck depended on it. Pointe, on the other hand, has always been caring, helpful, and thorough in taking care of our pup. The staff here are so kind and patient with our dog, even though he gets really nervous at the vet. Dr. Repke in particular has always been so patient and gentle with Finnegan, and even gets down on the floor with him to make him less scared. He (and the other doctors here) really take their time with our appointments and don't rush us out the door, even if the first 5-10 minutes involves being patient and waiting for our nervous dog to get comfortable and come to them. I can't recommend Pointe Animal Hospital enough.”

“Dr Gannon and her team have provided exceptional care to our dogs for the past 7 years. Dr Gannon was able to identify our one dogs seizures were being caused my a thyroid disorder. An additional blood panel confirmed her suspicion, after multiple other vets assumed it was epilepsy and nothing could be done since his seizures were less then 2x a month. The compassion and flexibility of the entire staff is exceptional. Ore Creek puts your pets needs above all else!”

“I recently moved veterinary care for here for my pitbull and pug. When I brought my pug for his first appointment, he had a very bad ear infection along with allergy issues. I was not only worried about my baby, but worried about the cost associated with his care. I had just paid for a large car repair the day before and with how expensive everything is these days was feeling very strained. When I asked for things to be priced out along the way, the staff was completely non judgmental and so helpful. They took extra time out of their very busy day to formulate a treatment plan that would not only help my baby feel better but was also something that I could afford. They were so kind and caring to my pet and to me and showed us compassion and respect. If I could name every staff member in this review I would as they all were fantastic. Thank you!”

“We're new to the area and our dogs needed their annual vaccines, and dental cleanings. A family member recommended Holly Veterinary Hospital, and we're so thankful they did. We were able to get an appointment for vaccines, check-up and the following week for a dental cleaning. Dr. Schooltz did a fantastic job on their teeth cleaning (this was a first for us, our dogs have had their teeth cleaned at other Vets and the teeth did not look cleaner, nor was their breath less smelly), both dogs teeth were CLEAN and no more smelly breath, we were thrilled. Dr. Schooltz was very helpful with their check-up, vaccines and informative. The staff is great, so good to our dogs, helpful and were able to to get us in quickly. Again we just couldn't be happier!”
