“I never have a bad experience in the office. The whole staff treats your fur baby as the #1 patient!Dr. Joe takes his time explaining everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. You can tell that he cares deeply about each animal that comes in his care.I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!Put it this way, I made the mistake of signing up for a certain pet insurance through my job without checking who takes the insurance. Unfortunately, Briarwood was not on the list, but I refuse to take them anywhere else.They also get yoi in right away for any urgent matters.
