“I had my car detailed by them yesterday. I gave it to them filthy, and they returned it to me, well, spotless. In fact, that is why it rained yesterday.A couple of minor hiccups, but not enough to knock off any stars: I paid by credit card, and the amount on the receipt was different from what they charged--about $5.25 more. This was an extra fee for using a credit card that no one told me about. Had I known that, I would've brought cash. There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee.They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me.If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.”

“I really want to give 5 stars but I can't. Two things keep me from doing it. First, all four of my door windows still had dirt lines on them. What I mean is that whoever worked on my vehicle never bothered to roll the windows down so the glass that is in the window jam was dirty. Secondly, the inside of my windshield had smear marks so someone attempted to clean them but not very well. They made the effort, just not a very good one. Other than that, great job!”

“Great car wash, prices could be more reasonable. The only problem I’m sure a lot of us have is the entrance exit drive no one seems to know what way to take. Either you are in the wrong spot or the other vehicles are. it’s becoming a hostile area for drivers. I would recommend the company buy signs for that entrance/ Exit area.”

“Got front door windows tinted. Went one level lighter than the back windows. They look great and love how they cut down on headlight glare from the side mirrors. Staff explained the process well and we feel its a good value.”
“I got my truck washed today and the man that is working the sprayers at the beginning of the wash is amazing. He went above and beyond to get the extra dirt and mud out of my wheel wells. Because of where I live it’s difficult to find any of the unlimited services that are worthwhile but because I drive through Lansing on occasion, this is my best option. This also happens to be one of my favorite car washes. It does a good job compared to most auto washes.”
