“Went in today to get a few rings reshaped. Cheap rings, nothing too special to ones first look. The lady gracefully whisked them away and said she would be back in five minutes. I expected a quote, and to explain how I would do anything to get this done as quickly as possible. She came back, and they are perfect. Perfectly shaped, cleaned, and polished up. I burst into tears, because she had fixed my class ring bought for me by my grandfather, who passed away yesterday. I was going to plead anyone in town to fix it in time for his funeral. Instead she fixed it without a single hesitation, hassle, or scornful look. Thank you so much for making my day a bit brighter. You've made a loyal customer out of us for life.”

“We had an awesome experience working with Mark Arendsen on a custom engagement ring. We brought in a few reference photos and some loose ideas, and he really took the time to understand what we were looking for.
What he created was better than anything we could have picked out of a case. He didn’t just copy the images we showed him. He took the concept, added his own vision and craftsmanship, and completely knocked it out of the park. The ring is timeless, unique, and fits us perfectly.
You can tell he genuinely cares about the details and takes pride in his work. If you want something custom that feels intentional and elevated, Mark is the guy. Could not be happier with how it turned out.”
