“I was recommended Denny’s by a friend of a friend and oh boy, was I glad! They are fast, kind and thorough. I really appreciate talking with Tim, and doing a differential diagnosis on my ac issues. He was thoughtful, listened, and was so courteous to not try and upsell something that he was unsure about. Together we were able to pinpoint my issues. “On a road trip when the oil maintenence warning came on at the 5000 mark. Went in for an oil change, they checked the oil and asked if I was on a long road trip because the oil was very clean. Told me I could go ahead with the change but could go another couple thousand miles if I wanted to wait until we got home. How honest is that!!! Highly recommend these guys if you're in the Lansing MI area.”
“These guys are top-notch! I believe I rolled in at about 6:30 PM on July 1 a day where it was like 100° and I was in amazement at how kind and nice and patient. They were not only with me but with each other.
I go out of my way to come to this location because I know I’m getting not only great service but they’re doing great work!

“Would love to give a 5 star review but the customer service is very disappointing, in fact it doesn't even exist. In the app it says you can pause your account instead of canceling it, to contact them to do so. So I emailed them, received no response. I used their text message method and received a generic response followed by no more responses to my request. Called them and was directed to the text message, that once again never responded. Ended up having to cancel instead of just pausing for one week.”
“Possibly the best Oil Change place within Lansing, I've been all around to Valvoline, Fast Eddies ect, Big Rays has so far been the most reliable and the quickest, they often try to sell you things, but they are only things that you're vehicle may need, such as transmission flushes, air filters, fuel systems, and many more, they even offer free top offs up to 1 quart overall such a good place to go too, the employees were very nice and knew exaclty what they were doing. I highly recomend.”

Went here a year later and they were just as kind and helpful. Gave me options of extra things to do besides oil but I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever.”
