They also deliver meds and are convenient to get to.
CVS, Walgreens and other pharmacies are NO where near as good as this place

“I appreciate this pharmacy for being small and their ability to fill prescriptions fast. I have recommended them to friends in the neighborhood we live in nearby. However twice in the past month, we have had 2 separate prescriptions with wrong pill counts. That's unacceptable and alarming. I hope that whatever is going on there is fixed quickly because it would be an unfortunate inconvenience to switch pharmacies. The staff has always been professional so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone makes mistakes. But I really do not want to have to count prescriptions every time we pick them up. Our trust has been broken.”

“This is,by far, the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Candy is the friendliest and sweetest Tech I have ever come in contact with. Having been a pharmacy tech myself, I know the goings on behind the scenes. I switched from Walgreens across the street because they were so inefficient and ridiculous.
I struck gold when I found Your Pharmacy. The pharmacist and Candy are top notch and I adore them. Thank you for making getting our meds so much easier. You are gold in a world of tin. ??

I worked with William before and he’s such a great person in general! It’s always so nice to chat with him and Ms Roxy has been nothing short of amazing! “Shelves are always limited, and the employees don't seem very happy in the different departments. There are a couple of employees I completely enjoy that run the self checkout.”
“A while back I didn't have insurance and I needed an antibiotic. I called Rite-Aid and they said it was $123.00. I called Walmart and they said $125.00. I called Meijer and they said it was also $125.00. I finally called Rottenbucher and they told me it would cost me $17.21 without insurance. I told them the price everywhere else gave me and even they were shocked by how much they marked up their prices. Needless to say, I will never use another pharmacy. An added bonus is how friendly and helpful everyone is. I've even called to have help with choosing OTC meds for my children that they've pulled from the shelf for me to pick up.”
“We did the Kroger pick up and the employee was very nice and helpful as we loaded things into my car. I hate sitting there why they’re loading my car so I always get out and help. Outside the store looked nice and clean! It was a great trip! We’ll be back for sure!”

They serve a diverse customer base and treat folks equally.I've never felt I couldn't ask a question and the advice is always solid. If research is needed, they get back to you in a timely manner. They provide a small town pharmacist vibe of trust and community and as others have stated, they go above and beyond.The pharmacist is accessible for interaction/medicine concerns, very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, honest and friendly. Having worked in pharmacies before, it gets hectic, stressful and the pharmacist & staff have many responsibilities to ensure safe dispensing of meds. They maintain professionalism while having a good repoire with customers.Considering they close earlier than big pharmacies, their quick response and communication with myself & my doctors' offices has been impressive. I really appreciate their delivery service, also.For all of these reasons, I'm a loyal customer. If Ive had to have something filled urgently elsewhere after hours, Ive always had my script transferred to Forest for future refills. They've earned my trust.”

The shop has a lovely supply of gifts, cards, and snacks as well as many over the counter medications. My doctor, a lab, and x-ray machines are all in the same building. I’m accident prone, so I’m grateful to have all of my medical needs in one location.”
“I called them bc I was in need of a "boot" for my left foot/ankle/lower leg. I had sprained my foot extremely bad & fractured my tibia. They did have what I needed but I had left them a message. By the time they called me back, I had found somewhere else to go.They were super nice.”

“They actually volunteered to call my doctor and my insurance company for me to get the correct paperwork when the initial prescription was not covered by my insurance, followed through and did it on the first business day after talking to me, filled my prescription, then called me to personally let me know. The Pharmacy Tech that did all this was Samantha. Amazing, best pharmacy customer service I have seen since before the pandemic.”
