“I appreciate this pharmacy for being small and their ability to fill prescriptions fast. I have recommended them to friends in the neighborhood we live in nearby. However twice in the past month, we have had 2 separate prescriptions with wrong pill counts. That's unacceptable and alarming. I hope that whatever is going on there is fixed quickly because it would be an unfortunate inconvenience to switch pharmacies. The staff has always been professional so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone makes mistakes. But I really do not want to have to count prescriptions every time we pick them up. Our trust has been broken.”

“Fix the wheels on your shopping carts! No one else anywhere, has carts like South Penn Meijer. They're absolutely horrible! Update, 3/25/2026 this Meijer has gotten worse if that's possible. Every shopping cart in this store is horrible. Just stop and listen when you're in this store. You'll hear all the wheels on the carts clunking. Makes shopping here miserable. I've been going to Mason Meijer for bigger trips. I just use a shopping basket when I have to go to South Penn. Meijer. Update 8/1/26 new carts, round wheels! Much better experience!”

They serve a diverse customer base and treat folks equally.I've never felt I couldn't ask a question and the advice is always solid. If research is needed, they get back to you in a timely manner. They provide a small town pharmacist vibe of trust and community and as others have stated, they go above and beyond.The pharmacist is accessible for interaction/medicine concerns, very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, honest and friendly. Having worked in pharmacies before, it gets hectic, stressful and the pharmacist & staff have many responsibilities to ensure safe dispensing of meds. They maintain professionalism while having a good repoire with customers.Considering they close earlier than big pharmacies, their quick response and communication with myself & my doctors' offices has been impressive. I really appreciate their delivery service, also.For all of these reasons, I'm a loyal customer. If Ive had to have something filled urgently elsewhere after hours, Ive always had my script transferred to Forest for future refills. They've earned my trust.”

“Awesome staff, faster than any other pharmacy I've ever been too on a consistent basis. Even for difficult Rx's over past decade plus neighbor office complex to my pain and rehab care/neurologist, etc. So, pain meds, added to chemo meds, anti-seizure meds,etc. Folks who have worked here have been so supportive, engaged and gave a ton of extra effort for no personal benefit. Other than in the good people who get their best reward out of helping those who are in need in the small hope a single inconsequential act may have an impact on life , or maybe even come back altogether. “The staff at the Lansing location on Jolly can be a hit or miss. There are a few ladies that are quite kind however there is always a tall gentleman with brunette hair and a shorter lady standing at the computers when you enter. In my experiences they tend to not have the best customer service skills”
“At this Walmart, Marketplace on west side of Lansing, they are very good a what they do! I have had my groceries delivered from the store for many years now, and sometimes I order and pick up. There have only been a very few times there were minor problems, and Walmart employees made it right every time. The Managers at this location have been fantastic! Too, the Walmart app works great!”

“I have recently switched to Atlas from Central Pharmacy. Central Pharmacy is good when its good but there's so many issues when its not. I like how they deliver in the afternoon! Central thought I should be up at 8 am to get around be ready for delivery. I hope it stays good I hate hassles.
This still going great. Apr 26 I like how easy it is vs central pharmacy.”
