They're very friendly, prompt and I almost never have to wait for a long period of time to get my meds. Every time I go there (except for 1 time) they are quick , effective and friendly
They also deliver meds and are convenient to get to.
CVS, Walgreens and other pharmacies are NO where near as good as this place

“I appreciate this pharmacy for being small and their ability to fill prescriptions fast. I have recommended them to friends in the neighborhood we live in nearby. However twice in the past month, we have had 2 separate prescriptions with wrong pill counts. That's unacceptable and alarming. I hope that whatever is going on there is fixed quickly because it would be an unfortunate inconvenience to switch pharmacies. The staff has always been professional so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone makes mistakes. But I really do not want to have to count prescriptions every time we pick them up. Our trust has been broken.”
“This is,by far, the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Candy is the friendliest and sweetest Tech I have ever come in contact with. Having been a pharmacy tech myself, I know the goings on behind the scenes. I switched from Walgreens across the street because they were so inefficient and ridiculous.
I struck gold when I found Your Pharmacy. The pharmacist and Candy are top notch and I adore them. Thank you for making getting our meds so much easier. You are gold in a world of tin. ??

“The store employees there are very willing to help find an item or get something off the shelves Store is very clean well stocked and we'll maintained .Sometimes there's not enough check outs with an employee but there's always self check outs with an employee standing by. This is a good quality store I'd recommend to anyone especially travelers needing to resupply or get a meal to go .Plenty of snacks of all varietys and items people need everyday to survive .”

“They actually volunteered to call my doctor and my insurance company for me to get the correct paperwork when the initial prescription was not covered by my insurance, followed through and did it on the first business day after talking to me, filled my prescription, then called me to personally let me know. The Pharmacy Tech that did all this was Samantha. Amazing, best pharmacy customer service I have seen since before the pandemic.”

“The pharmacists here are kind and friendly. I’m always delighted to say hello when I visit my doctor, even if I don’t have a prescription to refill. The shop has a lovely supply of gifts, cards, and snacks as well as many over the counter medications. My doctor, a lab, and x-ray machines are all in the same building. I’m accident prone, so I’m grateful to have all of my medical needs in one location.”
“I just want to give a personal shout out to an employee by the name of Sendy. (Spelling?) My husband and I came in with our very excited and energetic six year old daughter a few weeks ago, and as we were checking out, my daughter asked to ride Sandy, the horse, because she had her brand new cowgirl boots on. She put her penny in and the horse seems to be out of service. Sendy, who I may add wasn’t even our checkout lady, just an employee witnessing my very disappointed daughter, came right up and played with the plug and said “hold on right here.” She returned promptly with my daughter’s eaten penny WITH INTEREST! HAHA. She got three rides and was so happy! Sendy also made a cute little joke and said she was Sandy’s auntie (because their names are obviously similar) which I thought was so cute. I pray this review makes it back to her, and Sendy knows that we’re still thinking about her act of kindness weeks later. That seemingly small gesture made a huge impact. Thank you, Sendy. “I called them bc I was in need of a "boot" for my left foot/ankle/lower leg. I had sprained my foot extremely bad & fractured my tibia. They did have what I needed but I had left them a message. By the time they called me back, I had found somewhere else to go.They were super nice.”

“At this Walmart, Marketplace on west side of Lansing, they are very good a what they do! I have had my groceries delivered from the store for many years now, and sometimes I order and pick up. There have only been a very few times there were minor problems, and Walmart employees made it right every time. The Managers at this location have been fantastic! Too, the Walmart app works great!”
“Awesome staff, faster than any other pharmacy I've ever been too on a consistent basis. Even for difficult Rx's over past decade plus neighbor office complex to my pain and rehab care/neurologist, etc. So, pain meds, added to chemo meds, anti-seizure meds,etc. Folks who have worked here have been so supportive, engaged and gave a ton of extra effort for no personal benefit. Other than in the good people who get their best reward out of helping those who are in need in the small hope a single inconsequential act may have an impact on life , or maybe even come back altogether.
