“We absolutely live this pharmacy. Brett and his staff goes above and beyond to take care of our medication needs and they are quite extensive!We went to rite aid for yrs the. They went down hill and Meyers is a joke!!! When they lost our business they list a lot of money. We have 50 scripts between three people then we buy tons of vitamins and also shop I ln the store. Big mistake Meyer. Meyers main office never returned a complaint call .,”

“I like how fast they fill my scripts but I wish I could REMAIN on thier list of texting me when they have been filled.Correction: They sent the notice to review before my Rx was complete. This wasn’t suppose to happen. I waited several hours before reviewing. Once I got to the pharmacy my Rx was not ready and they rushed it at that point. I did receive my text saying it was ready. I talked to them about my review and they were surprised I got the review before my Rx was ready. MSU pharmacy is a great place to get prescriptions filled and they are fast. I like calling in the evening and reordering on the recording.”

“I've been patronizing Ware's for 19 years. It's a nice little local pharmacy located on a corner of downtown Mason Michigan. I have all of my prescriptions sent there. Is it the least expensive? I don't know and I don't care. I go there because It is small, local and gives great service. They know me and I know them. I feel by giving them my business, I'm doing my part sticking it to the large chain pharmacies. Am I sacrificing a few things like price and convenience? Maybe, but in the long run I make it up in value gained through service and the relationship built up with the business. BTW it isn't just a pharmacy, it also is a boutique. It sells cute seasonal items that my wife goes crazy over. We have a lot of Christmas decorations in our house that came from Ware's. In case you haven't figured it out, Ware's gets my highest recommendation.”

“A while back I didn't have insurance and I needed an antibiotic. I called Rite-Aid and they said it was $123.00. I called Walmart and they said $125.00. I called Meijer and they said it was also $125.00. I finally called Rottenbucher and they told me it would cost me $17.21 without insurance. I told them the price everywhere else gave me and even they were shocked by how much they marked up their prices. Needless to say, I will never use another pharmacy. An added bonus is how friendly and helpful everyone is. I've even called to have help with choosing OTC meds for my children that they've pulled from the shelf for me to pick up.”

“Found this chain while price shipping years ago. My medication ranged from $1,500-3k+ every month at major chains like CVS, and Central was able to fill it under $60 every month for years. They've been my pharmacy through switching doctors, moves, genders, etc. I've had a few issues in the last year, but if I was more organized and on top of things I probably would've been able to catch errors beforehand instead of running out of things because of mistakes on their part. My doctor writes 28day scripts, and it used to be a regular argument to get them refilled before 31 days or whatever. Now I write my dates down and call when it's due regardless, so I don't run out of something because I got the wrong tech on the phone.”

Met Mr. Meijer personally at a Meijer company wide picnic. Just a regular guy. Nice as hell. No more picnics. Just a number. Efficient but soulless. Isn't that the way they say it goes?”

“WILCOX PHARMACY is a great place. Steven and the rest of the staff are top-notch. They remember your name when you come to their store and treat you with the upmost respect and privacy. They even do deliveries a couple times a week. The pharmacist is always on site and more than willing to answer all of your questions that you may have. It’s hard to put in words the difference between this small town pharmacy and let’s say a Walmart pharmacy. I guess I should say the difference is night and day. “A good place to buy products, where all basic products are available.What distinguishes this store is that the prices are very cheap, and I believe that for an annual subscription of $50, after that you can buy products at prices much lower than what is offered in the rest of the stores.The only problem is that they do not have bags to carry the products when you purchase them, so I advise that you bring bags with you if you are thinking of visiting it.It has free parking, and designated parking for people with disabilities.”

“After abysmal service at the Meijer pharmacy down the street, I moved all my prescriptions over to Walmart pharmacy. I use their app to keep track of refills and when I see any issues they are more than happy to help me sort them out. Sometimes they're out of a certain medication, but I usually see it come in within a few days. The pharmacists are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I miss their curbside service, though. It was very convenient to not have to trudge all the way into the store just to pick up one or two meds (especially in winter).”

“I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this Rite Aid until my recent vaccine appointment. The checkout staff have been friendly, courteous and helpful, the pharmacists knowledgeable and kind, and the staff administering previous vaccines informative and personable. Even the manager on duty on this day was wonderfully attentive to his customers and obviously cared about this store.I scheduled my Covid and Flu vaccine for the Friday after Thanksgiving and was very disappointed with Phil, the individual who administered the vaccine. He walked out of the pharmacy door with his nose in his cell phone and used it to gesture me into the exam room. He barely spoke to or looked at me but instead kept his eyes glued to the phone, scrolling with his fingers, throughout the process. I had to ask him to shut the door so I could pull up my clothes and expose my arms. His first swipe with the alcohol swab totally missed the area where he'd be inserting the needle so I requested he repeat it. I've rarely felt so uncomfortable with someone. Perhaps he shouldn't be the person performing this task--or maybe there should be a rule about cell phone usage when dealing with patients/customers.”
