“QD is a Lansing area staple that everyone ought to visit at least once. The renovations they did after the place burned down a few years ago really took the place to the next level. There's drive-thru ice cream, an in-house ice cream bar, a beer cave, and freshly baked donuts delivered twice a day. I stop by here at least once a week to use the ATM and grab a quick snack. The raspberry sorbet in the ice cream case is a must try!”

“This review is just for the Kroger gas station where I filled up as we didn't go into the store during this visit. We were just returning from a trip and wanted to tip off the tank before heading home. The price was similar to that of other gas stations in the area but using our Kroger card got us an additional 3¢ off per gallon. The station itself is located in front of the store entrance so it was visible as we pulled into Kroger and accessing the pumps is visually intuitive. There were a couple of open pumps so I was able to immediately pull up to one, swipe my card for the discount, and start filling the tank. The layout makes getting in and out quick and easy. I did notice that the traffic flow allows customers to enter from either direction, which could result in congestion if it were busier!”

“They have what I need most the time I love Wheaties but they run out fast or don't always get them cuz of corporate don't always get stuff people like all the time not DG's employee's fault they have NO control over what they get on the truck's and not every DG has the same things. Still has things others don't and they are not all owned by the same people.”

“Leaving this review for the lady that takes care of bottle return area! I didn't catch her name but it was during the day and she has glasses and greyish blonde hair! What a FANTASTIC person and keeps that bottle room IMMACULATE!! Best bottle return area ever! Kroger corporate needs to hire this lady to go around and train others! Or even any store! Give that lady a giant raise and keep her happy! She also has one of the most magnificent customer service attitudes! I am so impressed by this that I go to this location (way out of my way) to shop when I need to return bottles! She rocks! I would like to also add that the meat department has drastically improved as well as nearly everything else! Good job to this location!”

“I wasn't sure about the new owner at first because noone likes change and the old crew knew me and i was sad to them go. After awhile i quit pouting and gave the new people a shot. My favorite is the sweet cute tiny woman that works at night...of course I cant remember her name but shes the Bees Knees!! I'm always literally running up there 5 min to close seems like lately. I call on my way outa breath and usually sweating up a storm and she always waits for me and let's me in. The owner and I have had some funny situations happen because I can be ditzy but I've never left that store without a smile on my face!!”
