“I purchased a chrome exhaust heat shield from Frontier on 10/14/25. I have seen them (Frontier) many times on my way up and down 131 but never had time to stop. I recently removed the muffler, replaced it with a shorty and 4ft straight pipe and 3ft chrome stack. I wanted to add the heat shield just to make it look better and was told by another driver when I was in PA that they give ticket/fines for no heat shield so I had been shopping online as well as stopped into the dealer that services my truck and another aftermarket truck chrome shop and no one had a part in stock. The cheapest part I found (online) was $50 more that at Frontier ! They had it stock and was $121.90 out the door. They have a really nice new building with a lot of chrome accessories, LED lights, and new and used parts. I saw their new batteries were $115 and reconditioned ones were $60 each when you bought 2 or more. Can’t beat that. I got a quote on a hood and some other parts I’m looking for, then got my part and left a very satisfied customer. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you”

“A month ago I went to O'Reilly first as it was closer to get a new battery and have it installed. If I shut off my car it would not start again, I needed to ensure my kids and I were not stranded. In short they wouldn't assist me as the manager said he didn't have time even though I was the first customer of the day and only customer, stating he had other things he wanted to do, I could come back that afternoon. Lucky for me I drove one block down the road to Autozone. The three employees there were incredibly friendly, empathetic and eager to help. While my battery was to my surprise in my back seat, in the floor, meaning they couldn't physically change it there for me but they ensured I had everything I needed to get it all set. So thankful for their awesome service!”

I’m from out of state, and my car started acting up. I made it to this auto zone & these guys all worked together to figure out a solution. Most pieces were in stock but one was not. They realized the solution & had those parts available, so we were able to get back on the road. We couldn’t have done it without them though!!!
