I had to close my accounts since there was no local branch where I stay. My experience with Flagstar was really good!! Especially their customer service is great!!

Staff tries, but the professionalism is mediocre. Had a teller talk over me when they had no command of the subject. Would have been miles ahead had they listened to what I was trying to accomplish instead of yammering on.

Highly Polite and Cooperative Staff. Very Accessible and Easy to Notice from a road. Includes a drive thru also. Free lollypops always at counters. Good Seating facilities.
