Byrum Ace Hardware is a convenient and newly renovated store with helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who provide great customer service. It is an old-fashioned hardware store with just about everything, offering a wide selection of products like paint and grill supplies. The store is easy to shop in, though the parking lot exit can be tricky. Located in Howell, MI off Grand River Avenue, it has a big parking lot. The shopping experience is fun and efficient, making it perfect for last-minute repairs or projects. Customers are encouraged to sign up for the Ace Rewards frequent shopper program.
The best service, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable and I always get the item I am looking for (sometimes with help) and more. My go to store.

The staff is very helpful when you walk in the door, they walk you to the aisle and find you the things you need and make recommendations. I can get in and out quicker than home depot
