The sales staff was friendly and helpful. Was shocked not to be able to write a check and had to leave and come back to be able to pay cash. Called the day before delivery and was still not given a delivery time. Still nobody could give me a time. Grill got delivered incomplete, delivery person was helpful and returned to fix it. Being rude on the phone to customers will not help you!

An old-fashioned hardware store with just about everything, it's one of those places you can wander around for a while. The staff is helpful.

Great store. The staff always knows a lot about their inventory. You can go around the block to the light if you're (justifiably) concerned about pulling out onto that part of Grand River.

Found a Duke Spring trap on Byrum Ace Hardware website for $9.99. Called and made sure they had it before I made the drive to town. Got there and the price was $11.99 and they would not honor the web site advertised price of $9.99. Their slogan is, Thanks for shopping our friendly store . It was only 2.00 bucks but I'm done with using them for for my go to local hardware store! Signed old retired frugal Guy!

For locals this will always be known as Grundy's Ace. Awesome local hardware store located in Howell, MI off Grand River Ave! Big parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. A little tricky to get out of the parking lot, especially when trying to turn left. My only knock on this place is the cashier makes you tell them how much your product your trying to buy costs, example; I want to buy 9 screws, I have to tell them how much per screw, no scanning or any type of system seems to be in place. Otherwise an ok shopping experience.
