“Location, Location! Located in beautifull small town Fenton on the river. Walk to shops, restaurants or around the river and stop for an ice cream. Or take a ride on the free Trolly that runs Thursday - Saturday 9:30am to 8:30pm with many stops. Holidays are always celebrated inside and outside of the Millpond. Wasn't sure I was ready to live in a senior community 5 years ago. Millpond Manor was and still is the best choice. Thank you to manager and maintenance!”
