CVS in Howell was closed due to a power outage and my wife’s prescription was at that store. Marcie was able to transfer the prescription to this store and fill it within 10 min. I use this store all the time because the employees care and are friendly and happy!

Got a text stating my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. At 10:47 am. Go to the pharmacy to pick up they tell me they won’t be available until after three. I come back after three, get in line for 20 minutes, then was told to get in another line because they weren’t ready yet. I’m in the other line and the lady tells me to get back in the other line. Total chaos and it’s just so aggravating. I don’t mind once or twice you know people get busy I get it. But every single time I come here whether the drive-through or go inside it is total chaos so here it is 435 and I still have not gotten my prescription. Whoever is managing the pharmacy part has to be a total joke and must not take nothing in life seriously. Like I said this happens every single time and nobody takes responsibility. It’s always well it wasn’t me or I never said that or I’m not sure who would’ve done that. What do you mean? There’s only four of you in here one are you four have to be able to take responsibility for the chaos you causes in people‘s lives just to pick up a prescription. Unbelievable. What really pisses me off is they get an attitude with me like the chaos in this building is my fault. I just wanna pick up my heart meds. Like I said nobody in here is accountable or responsible for anything. I’m surprised they have enough brain to be able to function to drive to work. Who knows, maybe they take the short bus in! That would explain a lot.

I don’t even live here anymore, and I haven’t for seven years now. I was recently talking to someone who had made a complaint about this pharmacy, and after an overwhelming amount of poor reviews I want to add mine as well. I didn’t actually go to this store or encounter anyone at the store. I’m just assuming it’s all true. Rude, condescending, and horrible customer service.

Store is good but the pharmacy tech Natalie is probably the rudest person I have ever come across in my life. I overheard her putting down another coworker all while laughing about taking that coworkers station she had just prepped for herself for the day. Her behavior screams bully and the fact this CVS allows the bullying is mind blowing! I sent the video I have to the coworker she was making fun of and I hope something comes of it. Natalie needs fired.

One of the worst pharmacies ever. Several rude people work in the pharmacy including Torey. I've never felt so frustrated and upset with her rudeness. Greets you with a rude "can I help you?" And only opens the window a qtr of the way to interact because the hot air was blowing on her face. Really? So rude. It was like I was inconveniencing her by picking up scripts. She needs to find a job where she doesn't interact with people. Then rudely, she asks me if I have any questions and before I could say no she slams the window shut (only opened a qtr of the way by the way) This interaction was the final straw. I'm moving all my families scripts to a new pharmacy. Then I called her out on her rudeness and then started to argue with me that I started it.

I switched to Walgreen in Brighton because Torrie is so mean to deal with. One of my sons had tonsillitis so I asked for it to go to CVS instead. We live a mile from CVS so I decided to not drive 15 minutes one way to Walgreen. Of course Torrie was there. So crabby and mean. Never a smile. I sat down because it was supposed so be a thirty minute wait. She made me stand up to wait because it was only for vaccines. There was no sign not to sit. Just 100 percent terrible customer service. Next time I’ll make the trip into Brighton.

How has Torri not been fired yet? Always condescending and a sour attitude. I even tried to make small talk with her when she was saying she was going on vacation and it felt like I was a burden to her. She once accused me of throwing a prescription at her when I was showing her the mistake that was made. The manager said there was no camera on that area, so there was nothing they could do.
