Just left the pharmacy in hartland office Highland rd and I have to say pharmacy tech Karris working today is very rude and disrespectful. Treating people like garbage just because you might be having a rough day is inexcusable. Do better CVS!!

My meds are always ready on time. The technicians are very hard working and knowledgeable. Both pharmacists genuinely care about their patients. The voicemail system is a bit irritating, but it beats being on hold with Walgreens for an hour.
