I switched to Walgreen in Brighton because Torrie is so mean to deal with. One of my sons had tonsillitis so I asked for it to go to CVS instead. We live a mile from CVS so I decided to not drive 15 minutes one way to Walgreen. Of course Torrie was there. So crabby and mean. Never a smile. I sat down because it was supposed so be a thirty minute wait. She made me stand up to wait because it was only for vaccines. There was no sign not to sit. Just 100 percent terrible customer service. Next time I’ll make the trip into Brighton.

How has Torri not been fired yet? Always condescending and a sour attitude. I even tried to make small talk with her when she was saying she was going on vacation and it felt like I was a burden to her. She once accused me of throwing a prescription at her when I was showing her the mistake that was made. The manager said there was no camera on that area, so there was nothing they could do.

The Pharmacist that was working today, 9/11/23 was wonderful. Super busy pharmacy, phones ringing, several people waiting to be helped and he took the time to review my insurance info on a script for me and did everything with a smile and kindness. THIS is what customer service is about. Thank you!!!

Hartland Michigan pharmacy: I went through the drive thru pharmacy Tuesday July 11th around 5:30-6 pm and the woman helping me was probably the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with. She was literally yelling at me that the speaker is lower than the car so to speak up which I was trying to do. Then she couldn't fine my prescription and was asking my birthday and what it was I was picking up. I didn't know the name of the medication the doctor called in and over and over she kept yelling at me asking what it was. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this location in Hartland Michigan. My family used to go to Walgreens across the street, but it recently closed so we went across the street to CVS but never again. I'll drive to Fenton to use Walgreens where I don't get rudely talked to when I'm trying to pick up my sick daughter's prescription. I know help is hard to find right now but come on. This woman should NOT work with the public.

Disorganized, was told my meds were picked up when they weren’t. Torri is horrible with customers. Rude and condescending. I’ve talked to others who complain about her as well. Not many choices around Hartland for a pharmacy, but avoid this CVS

Let me start by saying I would give zero stars, if that was an option. I continued to use this location because it’s close to my work, but no more. Four different times, the medication I needed was “out of stock.” Today I submitted a refill at 7:30am and arrived to pick it up at 3:45pm (on my way home from work). I was told it was not ready and was scheduled to be done at 6pm!! WHAT?!? It is a pre-packaged prescription of NINE pills!! This is the third time this has happened at this location. Call me a glutton for punishment, I suppose. I was then told, “if you give me an hour, I can get it done. We are hours behind.” So basically every prescription all day long was put in front of mine and pushed to almost closing time. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I canceled the order and had it filled at the CVS close to my house. I received the text that it was done in 10 minutes. So if you value your time, stay clear of this location.

My family is done going to this store location. Torri is a horrible miserable person and I chose not to deal with her any longer. When I saw Torri working I figured I would probably be treated poorly but I needed to get my prescription and I put on a smile and resolved to not let he get to me. She was rude nasty and complaining, generally trying to not do her job. I just smiled and said sorry it's going so bad, I was trying to kill her with kindness. After 40 min and watching her be nasty to every other customer she finally gave me my prescription. I said "Thank you, have a great day" and she said nothing turning her back and walking away. I'm done with that place.

I had to have my daughters prescription moved to Hartland due to shortage in Howell. Took me 20 to get there and upon arrival they hadn’t even viewed my script. Meanwhile my daughter has 102 temp and throwing up out in the parking lot. They were so rude telling me it would be 30 minutes (these are just ready pills, not capsules needing special mixing), no one else in line, I stood there and she said “OK?” Rudely meaning go away.I was shocked at her attitude and asked how I would know when it’s ready, she said we will text you. Meanwhile someone sees the same doc after me and gets their meds there before us. I finally go in and they see me, don’t say a word and hand me medicine. I asked why I hadn’t been notified my script was ready and she said our system is delayed (rudely), mocking me. Again, my child has to sit in the car miserable with fever, puking, while they roll their eyes and take forever and then don’t tell me it’s done. So appalled! I will never go there again. Howell is the best. If they are out I’d rather drive to Ann Arbor. You all should be embarrassed by your staff, their attitude and service!

I have tried a couple of CVSs now and both of them have been so rude. Don’t have things ready even when they call to tell you they are ready. Then when you go to pick them up, which I understand if it wasn’t around the holidays, they put them back because they didn’t have it ready before I left town even though they called to tell me it was ready?! Ridiculous! No respect for their customer’s time. I saw three other people in front of me walk out with other various issues, as well. One lady was super helpful while her co-worker proceeded to be rude to her along with the customers. I felt bad for her. I know the employees must be overwhelmed but please don’t take it out on the customers.I am done with this pharmacy brand for good. To the nice employee, I hope you find a better place to work where you are valued.

They’re so rude!!! I can’t even get a word out. They don’t smile, they glare, roll their eyes, and they interrupt you when you’re answering a question THEY asked. It’s not just one pharmacy tech either, it’s the entire pharmacy. Being rude, ignorant, and disrespectful must be the qualifications to work there ?

This is the second time I've gotten off the phone with Tori in the Pharmacy and have had to calm HER down. I'm a medical professional and understand how busy the profession can be. Tori, you have no business interacting with the public. Our last two interactions have been so unprofessional. Also, last time at the drive through, you shoved the machine into my car. This isn't the last time you will be hearing from me and I never, I mean, never complain. My advice would be to find a new career if you are so miserable.

I have switched all of my prescription to the 24hr. CVS in Howell couldn't take the rudeness plus many many.... other issues ! I drive alot further but well worth it, it's almost like (Hartland cvs) leaving a 3rd world country and arriving in a modern city (24hr. Howell cvs) !

I have experienced so much rudeness at this location for so many years. The convenience must be the reason people stay. As a cancer patient I am there all the time now. I will no longer put up with being treated so poorly. Do better CVS
