“James is so helpful!! He was very kind and explains everything so well! To be so honest, I walked in not knowing what to do and what I wanted. James helped me go thru my options and pointed out choices that would be best for me. Thanks to him I have a brand new phone for the most affordable price!! I highly recommend him for any help you may need !!”

“The best service I've had from a T-Mobile store. I went to 2 other locations for an issue I had regarding my bill with no help. Walked in here as a last resort. The manager called and got me on the phone with the right people to resolve my issue. Will return when I need phones for my kids”
