“This weekend I had purchased a cake for a special event for my wife and granddaughter. Went to VG's Howell Mi. and explained to Brooks in the bakery department about what I would like. She did an amazing job with the decorations and flavor of the cake. No where in Michigan will you find a better tasting & decorated cake but before ordering please be sure to request it from Brooks. She is in our opinion the BEST in the cake business! J G”

“I just transferred my prescriptions from a different Meijer to this Meijer because I am moving and it was a great experience! I had to hold on the phone for a few minutes but after that the employee on the phone was very helpful. I was able to get all my prescriptions transferred and she let me know which ones would take longer because they would need to be ordered. I think a lot of the negative posts on here are due to the fact that the pharmacy is very busy and short staffed. Patience is a must when it comes to pharmacy pick up.”

“We had our dog get skunked in the middle of the night and nowhere else was open to get supplies to get rid of the smell. Discovered this CVS was open and was so thankful!! The lady working was the biggest help, when we walked in she greeted us and asked if we needed help. I told her our predicament and she knew exactly what ingredients we needed and showed us where they were. She was simply amazing and wanted to leave a positive review just for her!!”

“They do there best and sometimes get overwhelmed as you will notice a cart shortage from time to time. However, recently I was in the store and it was off the charts busy. Normally, I would flinch at the idea of sitting in line and fighting through the busy aisles...Not this time. Instead, they were moving like a well-oiled machine. Normally, the self check-out line is where the majority of the people are and the speed is the fastest. These lanes were filled with a half-dozen waiting and we were in a hurry. Reluctantly, we took our place third in line in the express lane; I was amazed before I had time to inspect the next lane, we were moving. Baggers were at every lane and the speed was lightning. I continued to stare in awe, realizing the entire check-out area was operating at full potential. Kudos Howell Kroger! You rocked it out the day after the New Year and your stock was great; the store was clean; and all were pleasant.”

“I had to print off some pictures for my daughter's project for school.. I tried 3 other places there machine were down! It was getting late I stopped here, 20 minutes till close thinking I would have enough time to print a few it took 18 minutes just for the pictures to load. the 2 girls stayed a few minutes after closing time let me finish selecting them.. it said i would have to pick them up at 8:30 the next day the girls printed them for me anyways even know it was passed closing when they didnt have too. I would like to thank you 2 girls working last night 8/28 I know how hard it is when it's the end of the day and you want to head home & customer is pushing them last minutes. Thank you for being kind & showing great customer service!! it was greatly appreciated!”

Seriously I want everyone to know that they have always been hard working and work fast to try to get everything ready for alot of people. There was a time they were having so much troubles. Long hours lack of help, and delays but they were always kind and curious even if they were having a long day. I respect these men and woman as I too know what it's like and feel for you.
