On 6/29/24- my mom and I went into Home Depot and we encountered Zach. It was his first day in the paint department. My family has been through a great loss recently. Zach actually made my mom smile, laugh, and even crack some jokes. He was so kind and courteous. For it being his first day in paint he was knowledgeable and when he didn't know something he wasn't afraid to say it. I hope if you go to this store you get the chance to encounter Zach as he has an amazing personality and will make your day! From the bottom of my heart thank you Zach!

Paint desk was overwhelmed and understaffed. This is par for the course for Home Depot. I run a painting company and we have switched most of our business to Sherwin Williams.

My family bought a refrigerator, and the delivery was contracted out to a company that gaslights people. It was an extremely disappointing experience, we wanted to replace our broken fridge with a nice new one. Not one that is broken on the outside and possibly broken on the inside.

When any of these stores of this type first open up you can't turn around without bumping into somebody asking to help you. After that you have to hunt someone out but when you finally find someone they're always very helpful and aim to please. One last note I have their charge card but never use it anymore because they don't offer a discount for using it. That makes no sense to me I did all sorts of credits on my other cards.

Lady at customer service desk very rude. Just answered the phone mid talking to her no “excuse me” . Then I buy 20 bags of rocks and ask for help since I’m just one small female she says “we will see there’s no one out there” Mind you this is a Saturday at 4pm .
