1 register open with a store full people and customer service had 3 customers waiting for 15 minutes and the line didn't move an inch. workers just standing around chewing the fat. Will not be going back to this location.

We just picked up a large flooring order from the Howell store and none of the employees offered to help us load it into our trailer. Apparently customer service isn't included with the purchase!

Don't try calling the lawn and garden department they will transfer you 5 times and not pick up. I have had this happen twice in the last couple weeks. I press 2 for lawn and garden and get lumber.. they are using the wrong phones for the wrong departments. Management is obviously terrible at this store. Made one call to Lowe's and got my answer quickly. I will be going there from now on! 4/9/19 Oh and another fun thing that happened.. I bought a tractor on credit and they told me, 0 % interest for 24 months. Ok. I got rang up and as I am signing they say, oh it's only 12 months interest free. I agreed because I planned to pay within a year anyway.. I get my statement and it's 6 months interest free. They didn't apply me for the "promotion"!! Seriously stay away from this store. Worst experience I've ever had anywhere. What an absolute joke

Today was my Kids 1st Workshop for the month of April! This was the First time My kids Attened! I would like to take this time to say Thank You to the Two Woman workers from Home Depo! You did a Great Job with kids! The kids all seemed to enjoy the Bird House Project! Also The Easter Bunny was a BIG hit aswell! Looking forward to next month! Thank You again! Note... Hope the little People can get an apron in May! We found out they did not have any at this time. Thank You

We spent about the last six months working on a house that needed renovation and this was one of a few locations that were on the way. The staff is always friendly and helpful, including the return desk. We had to exchange two cabinets at two different points in time and they made the process easy. We were also able to get all of the blinds for our project thanks to the woman working in the area- we thought we might only be able to get a few but she made cutting down the blinds a quick and simple process!

after waiting two months for the wrong carpet, from measure to install date, we never got the right carpet. we were blamed by home depot for ordering the wrong carpet. we had the sample square in hand. do not deal with these people. it has been a hassle from start to finish, and we had to find another store who could help us. way too much drama for us. their installers are rude and can not understand the english language. come on home depot, straighten out your act. you lost good customers who spend money. we will go to lowe's from now on.

I am giving a one star right now. We had two room re- carpeted. The installers left a hug mess and forgot to take away half the old carpeting. Called three times. Been a week now and carpet remains. Promised to come get it but holy cow a week.

FRAUD !!!! Went today to finalize order for carpet for 3 rooms. The man at the flooring desk was out of his element, that is he should not be allowed near a computer. First, he could not find our measurements which were done 2 weeks ago. Twenty minutes in, pick out a padding, and then we gave him our carpet and he could not read the skew number, so I think he guessed. Order all set, but he can't review it with us until we PAY FOR IT! Ok, well we pay but then find that he charged us UP charges for furniture moving that is not in the rooms. To the tune of $400.00. Then he charged us $100.00 for installation on a carpet that that met the minimum requirement for free installation, but since he ordered the WRONG carpet the free install was not part of it. My gosh ....what a mess. He left us standing there and did not return. We went to the customer service desk and cancelled our entire order. Done with store. Waste of time and they tried to steal money from us. Charging us for things that don't need to. So who do we call on this - State of MI consumer fraud?

I never leave negative reviews because I know everyone has their days. However, this has been an ongoing terrible experience for the last two months. We are building a bathroom and ordered all of our supplies and paid extra to have them delivered. However, when they were delivered, the wood was all warped, the corners and edges of the drywall were smashed, and they brought the wrong tub. It's Home Depot located in downtown Howell is a fantastic location with a lot of stock I was able to find things I could not find any other Home Depot's locally. This Home Depot was efficient and fast and I had no problems finding what I needed. I recommend some deeper to those who live in the whole area or does he need to sign more than they can find at their own home depot trust me I've been there.
