I had my prescription automatically transferred to this pharmacy from the Rite Aid in Howell because it closed down. I called to get it refilled as I still had two refills left on the prescription and I was told there were no more refills on it and was told I need to contact the vet to get it refilled. Confused I went and checked the bottle after hanging up the phone and saw that the prescription did indeed have two refills left. I called back to let the pharmacy know this and the younger sounding woman on the phone took on a hostile tone and stated, “They must have transferred it wrong and it’s not our fault.” And I stated to her, “I am not saying it is your fault. I am just telling you what the bottle says. Can I just get the prescription transferred back to a Rite Aid?” To which she responded, “No you can’t get it transferred back. They are closed and have been for awhile.” Again with the same attitude she exhibited earlier. I responded with, “I know they are closed. I am talking about moving it to another Rite Aid that is still open.” To which she responds, “Yes but you have to have them call us.” And I said, “Okay will do. There was no need to have an attitude with me. I was not rude to you or accusatory and I don’t appreciate it.” And then we ended the interaction. I understand that it must be difficult and frustrating dealing with absorbing another pharmacy’s prescriptions and all the confusion that comes with it for your customers and having to deal with that day in and day out during the transition faze. But it doesn’t help anything for either the pharmacy techs or the customer if you immediately become hostile and defensive when all I’m trying to do is ask the necessary questions to ascertain next steps on how to get my cat’s medication refilled that she needs to live. All it does is create an unnecessarily stressful and hostile interaction. Especially since I was not trying to accuse Kroger Pharmacy staff of botching up the script I was just trying to provide them an update with the correct information in order to move forward with filling my cat’s prescription in a timely fashion before it runs out. I was at the beginning thinking I would just keep my prescription there and give them my business but now have decided to just stick with Rite Aid. Who by the way when I called to have the prescription moved over was perfectly pleasant and helpful. So for those of you who have had your prescriptions transferred over I would recommend for your sake to transfer them back out again even if you have to drive a little bit further to pick up your prescriptions. Save yourself the grief of dealing with hostile, rude, dismissive, and accusatory people.

This pharmacy has issues.I started as a new patient and with my very first experience, the man in the morning/ pharmacist tells me that there is no scripts for fill and my doctor didn't call them in.So,back to the doctor and the doctor said they were called in with a time stamp to prove it. So after 2days and 5hrs later to set this all up with text messages from this pharmacy that my meds are ready, I get this 1st impression of the pharmacy and it's staff. This is Not the way people should be handling meds for people's lives. If i could give 0 stars I would. I don't recommend, and I didn't keep them after this. Goodbye and good ridden. Should be audited I personally think. Never go to any of them again. ?

Not happy at all. Rite aid sent my scripts over when they closed, which I think was completely wrong. I can't get scripts without hassle and problems. Won't be going back.

I'm 69 and cashier refused to sell me beer. I had left my DL in car and she said she had to have it or couldn't sell it to me. What!! What is the purpose of seeing my driver's license??? Is she going to scan it?? Type in my DL #?? I don't think so. I was probably older than her. I assure I do not look like I'm under 21. This was an embarrassing confrontation and very bad customer service.

I usually love this Kroger. Every day we buy milk and groceries. Usually around 7AM Turdy greets us. She is so sweet. But today I had an unfortunate event. Denae approached me around 2:10PM as I was gathering my groceries. She told me " I am the store manager, I am the BOSS." She said she will take away my milk, my lettuce, my bananas, my almond and coconut milk. Not only will she take away all my groceries, she said I will be kicked out of this Kroger forever. Just because I wanted to buy 10 gallons of milk. She said only one milk per person. I was was so embarrassed because she was literally YELLING at me and everyone was watching. There was no sign that said limited quantities or only one milk per person. I have bought gallons of milk at a time here for at least 2 years already and I never had someone talk down to me and treat me like that before. Well if she really wants to kick me out I guess Kroger no longer wants my money. I hope you're happy Denae for your horrible service. I no longer recommend this Kroger. I'll shop at Meijer from now. If you want proof, Dairy Manager Jessica and Sarah, another sweet employee and Turdy, along with all the customers at the time, all witnessed this horrible event. As a business owner myself I know this is not how a so called "BOSS" should act.

The pharmacy is terrible. And customer service only works when they want. Desk says open 8am to 8pm an no one is there. Was told to come back in 4 hours!

Would give negative stars if I could. Take forever to fill a prescription and when they do they don't notify me. Changed to CVS.

There is no excuse for refills to take days to be refilled or to be treated rudely by the pharmacist. I don't want to hear about understaffing. Nobody wants to work at that location. I finally transferred all my RX's to another Kroger and no more problems.

Needed to find eye drops because I scratched my eye went to find the nearest person and 'Karla' was walking out of customer service and couldn't just tell me where eye stuff is at. Told me customer service closes at 8... customer service should happen all the time no matter what time your counter closes.

Let me start off by saying that I'm comparing this Kroger to all other Kroger's that I typically shop at which is why it got a two-star review. This Kroger is old in comparison to other Kroger's in the area. It has not had any upgrades to the shelving or flooring that you would typically see in the surrounding Krogers. Upon walking in I was completely surprised about that. That being said this Kroger does have a good selection of organic foods which seems to be stocked regularly. One thing that I do not appreciate is the fact that the deli and the warm food area is a complete guess whether it will be opened or not when you get there. I understand that this is due to covid and understaffing at these locations but to not have any set hours or know if anyone is going to be there to provide you with service is pretty abysmal. One other interesting fact about this Kroger is their parking lot. It's completely outdated and has not been touched up in what I am guessing is years because you clearly cannot tell where you are parking because all the lines are gone or faded beyond recognition. I really don't understand how the condition of this Kroger is the way it is considering where it's located in a very popular area now. One positive that I would like to mention is that there are a lot of employees here who are very helpful and tend to be happy that they are working here from the interactions that I've had. In the end I think I'm just disappointed at this Kroger in comparison to others. I'm hopeful it's on a short list to be renovated.

I want to hop on here and say what a great job lately these wonderful pharmacist have been doing! Seriously I want everyone to know that they have always been hard working and work fast to try to get everything ready for alot of people. There was a time they were having so much troubles. Long hours lack of help, and delays but they were always kind and curious even if they were having a long day. I respect these men and woman as I too know what it's like and feel for you. This isn't a sympathy post but a actually acknowledgment that they have really turned it around and are great and happy to have them as my pharmacy! Cheers to you and keep up the amazing and wonderful work! ?1❤?
