Kroger Pharmacy has very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The pharmacists are amazing, hard-working, and kind. They work fast to get everything ready, even when the store is busy and turnaround is reasonable. While one staff member was noted as seeming irritated and snippy, others are consistently described as wonderful, kind, and curious. The staff helps with services like flu shots and vaccine histories. Despite past troubles like long hours, lack of help, and delays, they have turned things around and are doing a great job. Their hours are very clear.
I have been treated very well coming from cvs to Kroger. They have been really good about some of my prescriptions being difficult to acquire and have always tried to do everything they can to accommodate me. Kind of surprised to see so many people with negative reviews about this Kroger.

I got my flu shots here and the pharmacist was amazing. He helped me get my Vaccine history and even printed it out for me so I know I'm up to date! Very clear hours and helpful staff.

Serval times scripts weren't ready when they were supposed to be, today (Friday) I went to pick up my script that was supposed to be ready (Wednesday) and still not ready, horrible service, time to go elsewhere.
