I was told over the phone that I'd be charged $20 for a SIM card. He charged me $26 plus tax. Reputation is everything in this world. So is integrity

unfortunately there is not a ZERO RATING. this store and it's staff should be shut down. the man at counter.. Sam...he is terrible. he refused to help gain the 4 digit port out pin. he claims that is not something he does. meanwhile the metropcs cust service people say that is how you get that that pin. NOPE. not Sam. he cant be bothered. and that folks is just another reason why we left metro. their service is by far inferior to all others. go elsewhere. anywhere but metro. yo all have been warned.

Went in to pay my bill, after my 72 hour extension was used. The system for payments was down, but Nick made sure my phone was unsuspected for 5 days at no cost. Excellent customer service.

It's not the workers or the owner's fault but the prices in there are astronomical!The majority of their accessories you can get at a store close by for a fraction of the price.Same brand and all.That being said the store was clean and the employee was very kind!
