Shoulder length dark hair) WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND KIND, KNOWLEGABLE AND IMPRESSIVELY PROFESSIONAL AND TRULY CARES FOR THE FISH AND CUSTOMERS. ALSO, THE CASHIER (shorter hair I believe has cool green highlights), WHOMS NAME AS WELL STARTED WITH A C, WAS ALSO ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL AND KIND. NEITHER WERE IN ANY HURRY AND I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THEY BOTH WERE! THESE ARE AMAZING EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE. THEY TRULY KEEP ME COMING BACK! 1100 Old US 23, HowellWe have been taking our two Maltipoos there for over 3 years now and I cannot recommend them enough! We are always warmly greeted by the front desk staff and I love the open area where I get to actually see groomers caring for other dogs. The skill of the groomers there is second to none and I have had high maintenance non-shedding dogs for 25 years, so I have been to many groomers. I see every breed and size dog treated with loving care. I am very specific about how I like my dogs and they ask me directly at each drop off exactly what I want for that visit. The main reason for my review is because I have also had an instance where one of my pups had a reaction to a shampoo and needed to see our vet. The owners followed up with me immediately and for several days and weeks after and now make sure that one of them is always there when she is being washed. Absolutely over and above service that speaks of their genuine love for animals and their level of integrity. They also insisted on paying our vet bills even though we knew her reaction was not due to any negligence on their part. They simply cared more about our pup than their bottom line. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Highly highly recommend!

Dr. Surch is the best vet I have ever taken my pets to. I will never take my pets anywhere else as long as Dr. Surch is still practicing. The therapy dog I am a handler for is so excited to see Dr. Surch every time. She takes time with your pets to make sure they are comfortable there. It really helps reduce stress for pets and humans alike. We had a pretty serious issue with our therapy dog's mobility and Dr. Surch was able to identify the issue and refer us to a surgeon. I cannot say enough about how great this place is.

They treated her with such care and compassion. I would recommend them to all my friends. They have gotten her all her puppy shots and she is always happy to go visit and get weighed. I have also had my cat treated there and he is always treated with respect. Highly recommend them

215 E Highland Rd, HowellI can’t thank Howell Animal Hospital enough. I took my 11 year old black lab there when his paw was bleeding and they helped me out super quick to get it to stop bleeding. Fast forward a couple of months, I found a mass on my dogs foot. Everyone there took great care of him. We ended up having to lay him to rest, but they made us feel super comfortable. They didn’t try to take advantage of the situation either when it came to pricing. I can’t thank them enough, through the tough time.

Both of our dogs have unique needs (one is deaf and one is fear aggressive) and the staff has been diligent in making sure our dogs’ are safe and comfortable. We are grateful for the service they provide and the balance it adds to our life. It’s easier leaving on trips knowing the dogs are in great hands!

They have a nicely air conditioned inside and patio seating too. We choose the bar. Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers, happy hour, and food. Ordered one happy hour and one non-happy hour beer. Both delicious. My Unicorn sour didn't have lactose either. Yay! Ordered happy hour apps: chips and verde salsa and pretzels with mustard. Plenty of other bites for omnivores on the menu. Food portions are large, flavors were good, and prices were right. While this was a quick trip, I'd definitely come back to try more beers and food.

She was able to get the chef to make the original version of the bacon Brussels sprouts that were no longer on the menu! She was friendly, funny & quick. I would ask to sit in her section next time I go there. The food was delicious and it was a nice clean inviting atmosphere.

They strive to rescue horses and other equines who are in negligent situations and rehab and rehome them. The other people who work and volunteer at this location are very nice and will help anyone who may want to take a stoll along the barn. We volunteers also help host events where people can come and meet the horses. This place is one of the best if you are looking to get into the horse community or looking to adopt a horse. This place has been a safe haven not just for the horses but also for me.

230 Norlynn Dr, HowellWe took our rough collie to this dog park and were very pleased with the many features that it offers. There is a large field with many toys for the dogs to run and play. There are wonderful well- mowed trails, a nice pond for the dogs to cool off, a fire pit with chairs. The check-in area is impressive and makes it easy to bring the dog in. And, I almost forgot, the whole area is fenced in. The one-day entrance fee is higher than usual ($10/day or $45/month) but is well worth it.
