Planet Fitness is a welcoming gym with a Judgement Free Zone. It is described as nice and clean, with plenty of exercise equipment of differing complexity and resistance, providing a great place for a good workout. Multiple reviews mention friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working staff. The manageable monthly rates are highlighted as a key positive, with many noting you cannot beat their prices. Black Card memberships include access to massage tables. However, some note inconsistencies between locations, like missing kettle balls. A significant criticism is that members cannot cancel a membership via the app or phone and must go in person.
At a different club. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Always a good atmosphere and friendly staff. My one concern is the floors in the shower area and sinks. Reason being, excessive amounts of water gets tracked through that area, making the floors very slick and dangerous. I have almost fell several times at both Howell and Fenton, MI locations.

They need another 400 sq ft easy. Place gets way too crowded. Constantly stalking machines or people stalking the machine youbare on. Also, the staff doesn't know how to change one of the 20 TV channels to a saturday football game. Kind of a basic thing, no to mention ,playing michigan sports is a rudimentary business decision.
