325 South Michigan Avenue, Howell MI 48843
“Went to turn in a document and accidentally put one wrong digit. I called back in when I realized what I did the head postmaster if I’m saying this correctly, went way out of his way to help me correct it so I didn’t have to drive back in. In addition when I first went into the office to submit this document, there was only one worker at the desk. She handled everything with grace, even when some customers were being rude because they were upset about the wait- The second worker did come up from the back when they were able to.”

“Excellent customer service at this location. I accidentally used flat rate boxes on a few packages and the employee fished out the boxes from the bin and provided different options to ship...all as they were closing.”

“I’ve never had an issue with this post office. The two workers that are usually there when I go in are always friendly and willing to answer my questions. So glad to have a post office so close to home!”
