We were told it could be 7-10 days to get our tank filled. That same evening, Dale shows up at our home. He was thoughtful and polite. He explained his testing and helped calm our fears. He filled the tank and we had heat! What a blessing. Thank you everyone.”

“This is a great company. I used Parker's for 15 years for residential propane. They always provided excellent service at a fair price. Their drivers are very good and often were faced with tough conditions when delivering to my residence. I ultimately had natural gas installed due to it becoming available in my area but I honestly miss having Parker's as a provider. When I called to cancel, they gave no resistance. In fact, their professional crew came out and removed the tank taking great care not to damage my yard. And a couple of weeks later, I was refunded for the gas remaining in the tank. Honest, old-school customer service is so refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs propane!”
