“This is a great company. I used Parker's for 15 years for residential propane. They always provided excellent service at a fair price. Their drivers are very good and often were faced with tough conditions when delivering to my residence. I ultimately had natural gas installed due to it becoming available in my area but I honestly miss having Parker's as a provider. When I called to cancel, they gave no resistance. In fact, their professional crew came out and removed the tank taking great care not to damage my yard. And a couple of weeks later, I was refunded for the gas remaining in the tank. Honest, old-school customer service is so refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs propane!”

“A boy named Hubert at this location asked me to hold his phone and take pictures of his Jax uniform outfit while he kept saying he mogged. Not sure what that means but it was funny”

“We had an emergency with our furnace not working. We ran out of propane and needed it right away. Elizabeth helped with our order and placed a note about our situation. We were told it could be 7-10 days to get our tank filled. That same evening, Dale shows up at our home. He was thoughtful and polite. He explained his testing and helped calm our fears. He filled the tank and we had heat! What a blessing. Thank you everyone.”

“Been with You guys for over 25 yrs. Been good when I ask about better pricing as we only buy one tankful a yr. Did notice tank rental is up. Hopefully we will still get fair prices.”
