“The staff was professional and very nice. Walked us through different size units to make a decision. Grounds are well maintained and fully gated with security cameras for safety.”
“This place was great. The units are clean the price is right but most of all their customer service is amazing! Had a great experience and if I need another unit I will certainly come back. Thank you Arrow Storage for a great experience.”
“The entire experience in working with National Storage was exceptional! Tina, the sure manager, was extremely kind and took the time to explain all available options for my family! Thank you!”
“I have used multiple storage facilities in my years in Livingston County, and Out of Site Storage was by far the best. The staff is always friendly and responsive even though there isn’t an office on site. I highly recommend them.”
“Fast, friendly and affordable service. The location isn't that great and the driveways in are in terrible condition but all in all, I've been pleased with the unit I have rented.”
“This is more then just a storage facility! The staff (Misty in particular 😉) at Storage Sense are more like friends who care about your belongings AND you, not just the dollar bill. Thank you Storage Sense for being there when I really needed.”
“We decided to store our stuff at this location not only for convenience but because of how amazing the ladies were!
Very accommodating. Super friendly! Definitely could have hung out with them all day!”
“The price was right and they made it was clean and easy. Every thing worked well from the key code at the gate to the unit that had A lock and key in it ready for us to lock the unit when we were done loading.”

“Mike was great getting the rental truck set up for me even though I had to postpone more than once! The guys I hired to load and unload were gentlemen. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them. They are military men movers out of Lansing.”

“Nancy was SO much better than the online/touchscreen people we've had at other storage places. We got a spot that's larger, lower cost, and the rent is locked in for 12 months.”
